Flower and Gift Gallery saved me! I had placed an order with FTD the day before and they called me after 4:00 pm indicating they would not be able to deliver on my desired date (my mother's birthday!!). I cancelled my order with FTD and then Googled florists that delivered to my mother's small town in Nebraska. The florist in my mother's town didn't answer the phone so I called Flower and Gift Gallery. The representative of the Flower and Gift Gallery sympathized with my situation and was able to offer me same day delivery (practically same hour delivery!!) to my mother's house in a neighboring town. I just spoke with my mother and she was very happy with the beautiful flowers that were delivered. Thank you Flower and Gift Gallery for making a 73 year old mother happy on her birthday!
Ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. Said I wanted to stay within a certain price range. I also needed receipt emailed. When I got my credit card bill price was about double what a gave limit for. I called and explained. They did credit my account and then charged correct amount. I’ve called 4-5 times trying to get a receipt emailed, faxed, mail., heck could have sent via pony express.
